Interceptor Entertainment: I had a nasty bug with the GOG version of Rise of the Triad so they gave me Steam keys for the Steam version that has those bugs fixes just because I asked them to. Capcom: same situation with Street Fighter 4

WB Games gave me Steam keys free of charge for my retail copies of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City when those titles migrated from GFWL to Steam without asking for them. I was a retail customer without the ability to see into the future and because of that I basically get screwed over yet I didn't give 30% of my money to Steam unlike those who bought the game here. so in this case giving out Steam keys for retail customers basically should be a part of official support. That's pretty cool as I've just tried re-installing AoE 3, the DVD got scratched somehow and it doesn't install. If you have a key from a physical/retail version of the game, this is not redeemable on Steam. These are the keys that will work for redemption.
